Our Commitment
SharkRouter is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards so our website can be used by as many visitors as possible, regardless of ability, assistive technology, or device.
Standards We Follow
This website aims to conform to the following standards:
- Israeli Standard IS 5568:2020 — Accessibility for Internet Content (Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and Regulations for Service Accessibility, 5773-2013).
- WCAG 2.1 Level AA — Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C.
Accessibility Features Available
An accessibility menu is available on every page via the accessibility icon in the bottom-left corner (or press Alt+A). It provides the following user-controlled options:
- Font size adjustment — normal, large, extra-large (scales all page content, not just text)
- Contrast modes — High contrast, Dark mode, or full color Invert for users with low vision or light sensitivity
- Highlight all links — makes every link underlined, outlined, and visually distinct
- Readable font — switches to a dyslexia-friendly typeface (Atkinson Hyperlegible) with wider letter and word spacing
- Reduce motion — pauses animations, transitions, and parallax effects
- Grayscale — removes color to reduce visual overload
- Big cursor — enlarges the mouse pointer for easier tracking
- Read page aloud — uses the browser's built-in text-to-speech to read the main content of the current page (no data leaves your device)
- Reset — restores default settings
Your preferences are saved locally in your browser and will persist across visits. No data is sent to our servers.
Additional Site-Wide Features
- Keyboard navigation — all interactive elements are reachable via Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, and arrow keys
- Skip to main content — keyboard users can skip navigation (appears on first Tab)
- Visible focus indicators — every focused element has a clear outline
- Semantic HTML — proper heading hierarchy and landmarks for screen readers
- Image alt text — informative images have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology
- Form labels — every form field has an associated label and error messages
- Color contrast — text meets WCAG 2.1 AA minimum contrast ratios
- Respect for OS preferences — we honor
prefers-reduced-motionfrom your operating system - Responsive design — the site adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens, and supports 200% browser zoom without loss of content

Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the site may not be fully accessible. We are actively working to resolve the following:
- Some interactive data visualizations (dashboard demos) rely on color and motion; alternative text descriptions are provided where possible.
- Third-party embedded content (e.g., external videos) may not meet the same standards as our own content.
- Complex technical diagrams may have limited alternative text; contact us for a text description of any specific diagram.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier not listed here, please let us know — we will do our best to address it promptly.

The website is designed to work with modern browsers and assistive technologies:
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (latest two versions)
- Screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver (macOS/iOS), TalkBack (Android)
